Great customer service and conversation

There was only one employee present, whom had to perform services on multiple customers. The employee that was there did a wonderful job that took twice as long. So instead of being there for 1 1/2 hours we were there for over 2 1/2 hours. Why would you book that many people to be serviced by one employee. Not fair to the customers or employee.

Unprofessional staff, gave us her managers number and told us to ask her why we can't get our nails and toes done. She told us it's her managers fault for not showing up, not hers. Really disappointing, especially on Valentines Day.
