We offer Lagree method, Pilates. Every class is fit for all levels, we offer modifications.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I wanted to give the community somewhere to be able to destress and and enjoy music and keep their body healthy, If we have to exercise then let's have fun doing it.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to help every individual with their health needs and goals, to be an anchor for them and see all the physical progress happen before my eyes.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Telling me this is their happy place.
