He was very nice, but the hair colour turned out really bad. I had to go spend a lot of money somewhere else to get ithe colour fixed. The hair cut was ok, it wasn't that bad.

That Joseph dude comes off too strongly. I tipped 15% on the machine and he basically asked me for another tip for the woman that did my highlights. I was planning on giving some cash anyway cuz I knew I only tipped on the taxes...but when I gave a 20 dollar bill he didn’t even offer to give me some change back. Just found him a little obnoxious!

The stylist (Joe) said he was filling in for the usual stylist whom is on mat leave. He kept me waiting to start my appointment for almost 20 mins while he ate gelato outside. He was nice enough, but brash, swore a lot, and was racially insensitive. His hairstyling was rough and he used only a toner on my hair instead of colour. The haircut was fine. Sadly, was not the relaxing day I hoped for.

They were nice, but didn’t do balayage even though that was the service paid for. Instead, just did some highlights. Took a long time to complete. Overall look was nothing like I was going for. Paid more for the balayage package, but never got it, should have just bought the highlight package...
