First - the receptionist was very polite, kind and competent. The waiting area very pleasant. I had a facial with Cristin this past weekend (Jan 2012) and it was the very best I have ever had - seriously ! I have already made another appointment with her for next month. The facial room was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Cristin was very professional, the facial was extremely thorough and she consults with you as to what your speficic needs are. I would highly recommend Cristin and Giovanni's.
