My husband and I went together expecting a nice, relaxing massage. The massage was very painful and way too intense for what was advertised as a simple massage. I told the lady that the pain was severe and please to lighten up at least four times. She refused saying I just needed to relax. It was the most painful experience of my life bar none. My husband had the same experience. We do not have back trouble. We simply wanted what was advertised - a relaxing massage. Although it was my first massage, my husband has had massages before and said this was the most painful, unnecessary massage he'd ever received. Never again!
