We really liked the sales man at the W

The sales guy Matt at the Tyrone location was knowledgeable and great to work with...we shopped matresses at a few places beforehand and the others did not have the same selection or the kind of friendly assistance we got from Matt. We would definately recommend our friends go there if they are in the market for a new bed.

I purchased the Groupon with the intent of purchasing a new bed. When I went to make the purchase, the man basically shot down my using it. I was unable to use it toward anything already marked down or on sale. I ended up spending $800 for a new bed. To say the least, I was disappointed. Because I didn't want to lose the credit I recently returned In the search of pillows. I told the same man, I would be using a groupon and was looking for pillows. He said there were some on sale at a buy one get one rate. Once I found the two I wanted (priced at $139 each and on sale) I thought I'd be good to go. When I got ready to pay, he told me he can't stack offers so I would not be able to take advantage of the B1G1 offer. Just to be done with it I paid the difference and left. I won't ever go there again and definitely would not recommend it to friend... or foe!

The $200 groupon was not really helpful, as most beds were reduced (in stockroom), but with a groupon I had to pay regular price. Also, signs say free delivery, but with a groupon, I was required to pay delivery charge. *Basically Groupon got me in the door...but did NOT save me any money*
