About Nacho Daddy

Nacho Daddy has fathered a nacho for the new age. The brainchild of creator and chef Darrin Emery, these nouveau nachos start out deceptively classic, with homemade tortillas that Darrin and his team fry into crunchy chips. In the process, though, they add their own flair—their stockpile of chips includes corn chips, spinach chips, and even chocolate chips.

Next, the chefs add meat and veggie toppings, relinquishing familiarity for delicious inventions like the Buffalo hot nacho: chips topped with popcorn chicken, spicy Buffalo sauce, and white queso. As for those with a sweet tooth, they would do well to try the s'mores nachos, a much better crispy dessert than chip-stuffed cotton candy.

Not everything about Nacho Daddy defies tradition, though. Diners feast on their creative nacho plates—and the occasional burger—in a sports bar environment complete with TVs and full bar. The four Nacho Daddy locations are all equally perfect for ordering a margarita, watching the game, and chowing down.

Our server was horrible. If wasn't really busy but he was never around. We had to ask for refills. For the last one we asked 3 times before we said put it in a to go cup because we had waited that long. Then he kept waking past and I had to get his attention to get the check

Loved the nachos! Had a great time with our kids, but I think would be even better with friends! Good environment and great food!

Good food, but a bit pricey. A good deal with the Groupon, but without it there are cheaper Mex restaurants just as good and closer to me. If you're close to them, probably worth it.
