Small gift shop no prices but stuff was inexpensive when going to pay. Also initially sent to wrong location (not at fashion show go to planet Hollywood)

We had a reservation but still had to wait a half hour to be seated. Once we were seated did not get waited on for 20 minutes. The restaurant seemed very short staffed and unorganized.

I have visited Sugar Factory numerous times and planned to return with my kids and granbabies. The menu is great and the food was very yummy. However the way I was treated the last visit was horrible by both the bartender and server and when asked for a manager I was ignored. I left without my drinks or food. Very Disappointing!!

The original location for this Groupon closed. A new location opened and we were told we could not use it at the new location. Groupon still hasn't responded. Eventually we got a manager to accept the Groupon.
