Sierra was super nice & my lashes look great. However the process took about 2 1/2 hours, way too long on my day off.

She did a good job but it took 3 hrs for a full set.. I honestly can't take 3 hrs out of my day to get my lashes done. Also they ask for a credit card to keep on file and when you book your appointment they take $10 to hold your appointment.. I have never experienced or seen this type of request in any services I've had..

I got this for my daughter as a present. Sierra was wonderful and professional and the lashes look beautiful!

I booked with Sierra. Not only did it take just about 3 hours, I woke up the next morning and half of them were gone. I’m not sure if some of the other girls that work there are better, but I won’t risk it trying.

Still so sorry you were upset with the service! I spoke with my boss and mentor who has been doing lashes for 7 years and we discussed that there was a humidity issue in the salon with the recent weather change and the quick drop on temperature. This caused an issue with my glue drying time during your service. I would love to correct this issue for you and fix your lashes or give you a new set. I never want my clients to be unhappy!
