The organization canceled the program just days before. No refund option has been presented yet. We have three sad kiddos

Hi Mom - sorry we are just seeing this. Groupon is not super transparent with response notifications. I am sorry we cancelled the class - most likely due to enrollment numbers. Some classes fill others do not. If you used a groupon - they could have refunded you should you have been in the promotion period advertised. I would be more than happy to get you into any active class we currently have running. Just call Haydn at 623-748-9453. We will take care of you!

VERY horrible experience!! My kid showed up her basketball and they were the only kids signed up. How do you learn and play basketball with no other team members and that was the point to socialize, meet new people, and play a sport. I emailed them in which a manager never came up with a good solution and yelled at me in emails. He is rude and unprofessional and I will never ever go here again!!!

VERY bad experience!!! My two kids shut up for their first basketball class in which the coach is late. I asked her where the other kids were and she said mine were the only ones so they are supposed to socialize, play basketball, and be in a team? I started a corresponding with the manager who is so extremely rude and could not find a solution after about 10 emails. I wrote him yesterday and asked him to stop being rude in his emails and they wrote back that I cannot go to BST sports. How do they even
