Getting hold of them was not easy and when i did they were not friendly or helpful seemed too busy/in a hurry. Some of the units were not tasty and seem undercooked and very small.

The owner was rude and not customer service oriented. Had to drive a long way to get there of which I was willing to do being a cakeball lover. The size of the cakeballs could have been larger for the price. Did not think it was of good value.
