Harris was awesome! On time, explained everything he was going to do and about how long it would take. Great customer service, prompt and courteous. Harris takes pride in his work!

I made an appointment when I would be home to remove the screens if necessary. They called and asked if they could come at noon and I said yes but would not be home til 3:00. They said no problem they can probably do it without me. Apparently they could not get the screens off because every window is dirty under the screens. Have not been back to fix the problem, nor do I want them back.

Scheduling and customer service were lacking. Appointment was rescheduled three times before they actually showed up. I had to chase them down and ask why they never came, and book another appointment. The second appointment they cancelled the day of, which was now two days off work wasted for me. By the third appointment I was given a quote to clean all of the windows, including the extra charge to remove solar screens. I asked to pay at the time services were rendered, they said no, pay it before we come or we’re cancelling the appointment. Service was great. The window washer was professional and efficient. The end product was fabulous.
