This Northern Liberties iteration of the original beloved Dmitri’s in Queen Village replicates its casual atmosphere and flavorful Mediterranean dishes. Patrons sit at marble bistro tables in view of the long open kitchen, which produces a garlicky hummus (order it alone or as part of a sampler tray with baba ganoush, lentil salad and beets), as well as lamb meatballs and a popular dish called shrimp pil pil, where the crustaceans are pan-fried along with lots of garlic, paprika and red pepper.
