We've done 20+ escape rooms at about a dozen or so different places. This one is our horror story. We did two rooms here as we had a free day while attending a conference. Neither was up to par. One we didn't even have a chance of finishing as it required a cell phone - if I had known I would have charged it. Not that we would have figured it out because the clue to indicate that seemed to have no rhyme or reason. In the other room there were random holes in the wall seemingly from some punches thrown. When we were stuck at a standstill in this first part of the room for 15+ minutes the game-master came in with a typed message ... the same message we found in the very last room of that escape room. They had failed to reset that game properly. I've been to other locations by this chain and these issues seem specific to this location.
