I found it extremely disruptive and rude that while I was having a treatment with one of the clinicians, another clinician kept entering and leaving the room and chatting with her. This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful to me, and I felt that it really violated my privacy. I hope that it does not happen again.

Very friendly, professional service; welcoming, and easy to deal with. The quasi-medical service I received there is typically not the most pleasant to endure (sclerotherapy injections for spider veins), however Ms. Lang was very gentle and delicate in administering the treatment, as well as kind, patient and respectful in putting me at ease throughout the procedure.
