What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Summer Willow has been a licensed and practicing Mixologist /Instructor for over a decade. She discovered her passion for concocting original recipes in the early stages of her career; which has significantly stamped her brand. Summer-Willow is an engaging, upbeat and professional instructor.

What can a student expect in one of your classes?
Learn the fundamentals of the trade using authentic bar tools. Taste fresh ingredients, mixers and liquor to understand the art of recipe concoction. Students compete in a mixing challenge at the end of each class for the best tasting and garnished drink.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Repetition on the bar scene became quickly unnerving for Summer Willow as she envisioned a more rewarding and exciting environment to express her love for people, teaching and mixology. So In 2002, SummerWillow.com was created.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is seeing my students really understand the lesson, grasping the content and techniques. MOSTLY it brings me the most joy when a student in my class says, "OMG, Summer taste this! I know you are going to love it" and I always do!
