Hi Michael, The Groupon was for chemical service only.  We do empty the skimmer basket, pump basket, and leaf can but no cleaning of the pool is included.  This was explained to your wife on the initial service. Your wife talked with our pool tech on each service and was very happy with the service, at no time did she ever let us know you were not happy. The inspection found that your pool and all of your equipment were in great shape and did not require any repairs. Again this was discussed with your wife and she has very happy to get a great report. The chemicals levels were tested on each service and chemicals added as needed. With temperatures over 105, the pool surely wound have turned green if no chemicals were used. I truly am sorry you were not happy with the service, but we did provide you with the service the Groupon provided.
