Most Mexican restaurant menus have a few seafood options, perhaps some ceviche and fish tacos. But Fuego Bistro 's menu is almost 100% seafood. Its eight appetizers, all of which are seafood-centric, give tongues a taste of the ocean with options such as wild-salmon croquettes and calamari salad in a citrus-chile vinaigrette. Every entree, save one, features fresh fish fillets and briny edibles such as clams, shrimp, crabmeat, and scallops drizzled in salsa verde and tomato chipotle lobster sauce. Though it's Fuego del Mar's one meat dish, the pernil asado is sure to please those looking for more turf and less surf meals—it features slow-cooked pork topped with a mango salsa.
