Not the most pleasant experience...I went for a basic manicure and got asked to upgrade to gel about 7 times. I felt like since I wouldn’t pay more for the gel they did a sloppy job...I left with fuzz stuck all in my nail polish and the manicure started chipping after the first day. I know a basic mani doesn’t last as long as gel but my polish lasts longer than 1 day when I paint them myself

I don't fault nail salons for having a 20-30 minute wait, but I was asked to come back an hour later. That's fine, I can shop at Sprouts next door. When I was finally seated in the massage chairs, I was given 2 nail techs for my gel manicure and French Pedicure. Both were quite off-putting as one kept calling me "sensitive" whenever her nipper would pinch my skin. I had to ask her to skip cutting. And the other scraped my nails so deep, the purple nail polish stained my nails in splotches. To make things worse, my manicure finished with the paint ON my skin (3 weeks later, my hair and clothes kept snagging on them) and the tips of my nails were lumpy with uneven/pooled polish. The owners also have their kids running around, making for a distracting atmosphere for a nail salon.

Was neither a fun nor relaxing experience. The lady working on my manicure was rushed, stuck my feet in the pedicure tub and hovered and did my fingernails while I stayed oddly angled with my arms in the air while soaking my feet in cold water. The whole process was hurried, I just felt anxious most of the time and this was definitely not what onewould want out of a supposedly relaxing activity.

Not awesome. Good prices but cleanliness was not good- dirty floor, no clean towels used while getting SNS. My arms were just in dust. Very strange.
