What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Was tired of having the companies I was working for wanting me to sell anything and everything to the customers I was tired of high pressure selling tactics they were forcing on me to do to the customer

What do you love most about your job?
When the customers are so happy that they have received the best cleaning they ever had for an affordable price

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
when a customer had taken a before picture of the carpet without me knowing then one when we were done. and being so amazed at the difference she attached the pictures to everyone in her contacts and hit sent right in front of me. Awesome
