To start with she double booked me and another client at the same time so she was in a hurry. She tried to change the terms of the group one that I purchased to say that she was now charging $40 to add toner to my full head of highlights. Everywhere I’ve ever gone highlights and toner are together not additional. My haircut turned out ok. The scalp massage that I paid for was less than two minutes total. And I have some hair breakage right near my forehead.

Very well done. Nice cut and high lights. Just know it's extra for toner & extra colors.

Went 2x’s for partial highlights, cut, and blow dry. Each time she charged an additional $50 for longer hair. First time I left with a dark round spot and prominent line on my crown. Second time I pointed out the previous mistakes. It was better but, as she said, ‘It can’t be perfect’. She’s nice but, at a minimum, she should list how much the additional charge will be or refund. Not going back.
