Shane is the best instructor he is firm but not too aggressive I will keep coming back after my 8 weeks is up

Awesome first experience plan on going back and adding more classes to my schedule. Love the schedule how it fits everybody's schedule. Shane is a great motivator yet adhered to my pace. Highly recommended.
