This is really more for advanced people. I didn't get much instructions on how to do the various moves and was quite confused. I haven't been back because I was worried I'd do something wrong and end up hurting myself. I also don't like feeling lost. I was expected the instructor to model the exercises and provide directions for me to learn them.
