Great fun for the whole family! I am so incredibly thankful there was a photographer on staff that day that captured a very rare picture of my son smiling. (Photographer is not always guaranteed). Great time!

Price of Groupon tickets were the same at door. No deal. It's a great place but there was to much wrong for me to like it. The experience will make for memories that's for sure. Staff is under experienced and need a way to communicate between each other. It made for a long crowded line in the middle of covid.
Favorite part was the snow play area that's a room with a tube that spits snow on the ground that's too melted together. Have huge writing on walls not to throw snowballs but I mean come on. No supervision, what else are people going to do. Hahaha
