Where to start? The sign for the place does not face the street so it was difficult to find. It is also the upstairs of a house and not a lot of space to wait, you have to sit right next to the desk while she finishes her customer. She books overlapping appointments; she did this with me so when I arrived she was finishing another client; then halfway thru mine another client came in, she started her off then came back to me. Then, she did not get under my nailtips for the gel mani so 4 days later half of them are chipped and peeling. Probably the worst gel mani I have ever had. Really sweet lady but awful service.
