Be on time !!! U need to go to orientation first before starting .... So call first ..U need to "bring" your work out sneakers with you !!!! Place is VERY clean .... Work out is amAzing..... Love it ...

Great place, great atmosphere, great trainers. I love that I can have a kickass workout in about an hour. Much better than going to a normal gym.
