I've had B-12 shots in other places before, and I was able to receive up to two per week, at 1 mil. which is what I had been told is the most effective. At Any Lab you can only receive 1 injection at 1 mil. per week, even though I bought a package of 12, unless you pay for an upgrade!! I just quit going because with the one shot per week I didn't feel any improvement in energy. :-(
