Charged additional $15 at the shop for full synthetic change. the description on the deal said only $3 fee for disposable filter. I will not buy again neither I recommend

We are sorry you feel that way! If there are any questions or concerns, please call @ 469-626-0113. If you read the fine print of the groupon its does state, "Valid up to 5 quarts. Extra charge may apply for canister oil filters."

The staff here is rude. Overcharged for oil change. oil capacity only 6 quartz, charged for 6.5 Quartz. HIGH NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

i do apologize for the inconvenience as our computerized system we use for vehicle capacities on oil is set for the dealership recommended oil capacities we are unable to put any less than what the dealer recommends. i do apologize for the way the staff treated you come back and see us more often the situation has been handled. -management
