I was not told if we were 6 minutes late our appointment would be canceled. We were running a few minutes late so I called, thinking it was going to be fine as all the other times we have went here we end up waiting more than 30 minutes after our appointment time. The person on the phone said if we were 6 minutes late our appointment would have to be rescheduled . Since we pulled up 4 minutes after my husband dropped me off so I could run in. I arrived at exactly 5 minutes after and even showed the employee on my phone. She couldn’t find my name. She asked another employee and she said we were bumped because we were late. The first employee told her I showed up within the window. The second employee then began to give me a hard time because my daughter who was getting her pics taken wasn’t standing right there. I had to explain my daughter is in a foot cast and took longer to walk clear to the back to f the store. If my daughter didn’t walk in at that second she was about to bump us. I understand they need to keep everyone on schedule, but I was not told about this new rule in the confirmation call and I was taken off the schedule earlier than they said.

Pictures were good. Place was over booked! We waited 90 minutes after our scheduled time!

Staff was great and photographer was patient with my toddler. There was a few details that were missed making it hard to choose our family photos- specifically my hair being in front of my eye. It didn’t help I had to look down at my toddler to get her attention and it caused my hair to shift but I would’ve liked to have been told to move it over. Other than that pretty solid package for the price. Can’t beat it!
