I was helped by the owner who is obviously a veteran and an expert in bicycle repair. He helped me immediately so I did nothave to wait, he did the repairs that I requested of him, and then he he adjusted my brakes and the railer without charging me.

Eric found some parts that needed to be replaced. He didn't charge me extra because I was using a bike tuneup Groupon. Communication/notification could be improved.

The shop owner is a flake. He did absolutely nothing for the Groupon "tune-up." Groupon needs to give me a refund.
