I would not recommend going to Alexis. She was over an hour late for our first appointment, no showed for our second and came up with every excuse as to why. Getting in touch with her is next to impossible. I was even asked to wait while she vacuumed and cleaned up her space. The quality of products used was sub par and not the most hygienic. There’s a reason why her prices are so low.

HORRIBLE MANNERS. DO NOT come here. The owner/sole employee rescheduled 4 times, never sent a confirmation and only texts. She made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room, then left the door open and chatted with another customer while she did my lashes. Less than a day later, the lashes began to fall out and twist and stab against my eyelids. She claimed that she would fix it and completely STOPPED responding. The service, customer service, and product are all completely unacceptable. My real eyelashes were TORN OUT with the poor quality lash extensions that were used. Look at her Yelp reviews!!! Tons of one-star reviews/horror stories that aren't mentioned here!
