We got this groupon just for vacation. We made arrangements for our 3 little kids so me and my husband could go parasailing. We called a month before we got there to get info. They said to call the day before to make reservations. So we try to call the day before during hours and no answer. Message said voice box was full. We went to the website and made an online reservation for the next day. The next morning tried to call and confirm. Same voice box full. We got there. They tell us that they can not get us in till sat. ( the day after we fly home) We told them the story and they said the online reservations does not work) Made no attempt to make things better. We left very upset.
