Mopfrog, while polite and somewhat on-time, did a VERY lackluster job. Upon finishing we did not give it a good look and then noticed quickly after they left just how poor the quality of cleaning actually was...one rug we asked directly if it was vaccuumed and told yes - only to find out it wasn't touched. We vacuumed it to the sound of crunching/dirt being sucked up. Counter tops hadn't been touched, a coffee spill in one room was still on the floor (on white tile - NOTICEABLE) and generally just not a good job. We hate to be so frank, but compared to numerous other maid/cleaning services, Mopfrog ranks among the bottom. With some adjustments they could improve significantly, though.
