Best massage ever. My only complaint I bought a 90 minute massage and I was only there for 1 hour.

My massage was extremely personalized and thorough. James truly wants his clients to achieve balance. He took a lot of time explain everything in detail, and showed me stretches to do at home. I left feeling like I will have better control over my headaches, hip pain, and back pain. I also feel more confident about keeping myself injury-free as a runner.
