Less pressure to try specials.Definately lower the prices if someone does select a special.Ex: The lamb menu items are$15.95. To add $8.00 per person makes it a $23.95 entree.Much too expensive. As with the bread, it already costs $2,95.If they get the bread special and you charge $3.50, you are really just not counting the amount they would have gotten the bread for with the coupon and are auctually getting $6.00 plus for an order of bread.You should only charge the difference between the two bread items. Less sales pressure, more actual pricing. People are more likely to return if they feel they are not being over charged.
