I'm looking forward to trying other classes and a variety of teachers. And you can't beat a free week (in addition to the Groupon)! Just try it.

Hydrate! If you haven't done yoga before, start with the beginner series, but the Core Heated Power Yoga is good start for intermediate. Fair warning: you will SWEAT. Excellent price for what you get, and the studios are amazing. By far my favorite hot yoga classes I've tried.

Great deal if you can commit to a few classes a week. Nice facility, can use toward any class at any facility, including spin classes (where available) nationwide.

If you haven't tried hot yoga or Bikram before, make sure you are hydrating that day, and bring some water!! Be kind to yourself, it's hot in there! I went to the Oak tree location, it's a beautiful studio, Allison was a great instructor and gave great directions. It was a really nice mix of exercise and yoga. Some hot yoga studios are a little more like hot aerobics, and I miss the breathing, meditative and focusing elements that have drawn me to yoga in the first place.

From Our Editors

At over 100 locations throughout the country, CorePower Yoga (CPY) invites students to creative classes that meld movement, breath, heat, and music into entrancing routines to energize the body and mind. Signature CPY classes are taught by approachable certified yoga instructors who lead students through dynamic, Vinyasa-style flows with demonstration and verbal cues, helping pupils of all experience levels tone core muscles and cultivate balance. CPY also offers teacher training and lifestyle programs to empower students to become yoga instructors or to just advance their individual practice. During construction of all its new studios, CPY strives to use recycled content, install eco-friendly and efficient mechanical systems, and ensure that any waste created doesn't end up in landfills or just piled in Mr. Henderson's garage.
