I tried to use my expired Groupon here but the staff refused to use it. When I tried to reach management, I was never able to speak with them. I left several messages but to no avail!

I bought the Groupon because it said dry cleaning and garment care. I brought in a couple of pieces that needed alteration and a simple repair to a hem falling out. The said dry cleaning only. I asked "what is covered under 'garment care'" and the guy adamantly tells me it's dry cleaning. OK. I go home get my husbands shirts and a shirt I really just want ironed. $1 for man's shirt, $5 for woman's shirt. How about my curtains? Can I use the Groupon for that? No. "dry cleaning" means dry cleaning clothes only. Garment care means dry cleaning clothes only. Husbands pleated wool trousers? $5 My plain no pleats no darts above the knee wool sleeveless jumper style dress? $15. Seems to be a pattern here.
