The staff is wonderful! I have been taking the beginner classes, with no crossfit experience. Each of the coaches I have worked with has been very patient and great at teaching proper technique.

This gym is incredible. Please do not feel intimidated, as it is nothing like that. The coaches are extremely professional and friendly. The members there are also very nice and respectful.. Everyone is there to learn, improve and reach their own personal goals. All shapes, sizes, ages, levels. Everyone works together. I was hooked after just one beginner class!!

Great for all skill levels. The instructors are very patient and committed to teaching proper technique. They encourage you to challenge yourself. I have seen major improvements in my abilities in the first two weeks of beginner classes.
