The courier John was prompt and extremely friendly and informative.The clothes came back clean and ready to wear. The best was we also recieved gift certificates of 30% off our next dry cleaning and 15% for life - can't beat that!!

They have done a good job and are professional hoeever the one negative comment I have is they Staple the tag on the garment itself. And I hate that. I have stopped using many cleaners in the past because they refuse to stop that practice. I do not want staples on my suits. Or any garment for that matter. They should staple the label / paper to eachother by going around the label or belt strap, this way the paper can be easily taken off, and I al not struggling to remove a staple off my garment. And this goes for all garments. Example, for the jacket, where you put the paper on the inside jacket label, u staple the paper on label. You can easily staple the paper on eachother not label

The start was a bit rocky because the # posted on GroupOn to arrange pickup was incorrect; but the individual relayed it an since then it was smooth. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable about the pricing and history of the company. Likewise upon return during and after Hurricane Sandy we communicated via SMS (Text) messaging to arrange a drop off time. The day drop off was to occur, I was stuck in line for gas and the driver was able to come to me while I was in line and dropped off my dry cleaning and take payment wirelessly via iPhone! That exceeded my expectation! That on top of the environmentally friendly methods as well as the thorough cleaning job really did the trick Great Job!
