What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration came for the owners desire to create a place that specializes in waxing, in a clean environment with economical prices providing phenomenal customer service.

What do you love most about your job?
Happy Customers! When a customer jumps off the waxing bed and says "this is the best wax I've ever had", or looks in the mirror after their brows were shaped in amazement of how great they look, it's very satisfying.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We love all our raving reviews as well as not so great reviews. This helps us to know when we're on track or if improvement is needed but I'd have to say the best customer feedback received is when customers say "this is the best & quickest Brazilian Wax I've ever had". It's like music to our ears!
