The price posted was already 50% of the price she said, so when you are late, she will already redeem the whole coupon with the entire price forfeited. Just a heads-up to everyone so you know what to expect.:)

Hi Therese, you forgot to mention you came in over an hour after your appointment was scheduled expecting to still get serviced. You did not call or notify us, you simply just showed up with no regard for the estheticians time or for other clients scheduled. The Groupon clearly states that no- show no call appointments will be charged 50% of the original service. You were very apologetic when you came in I am surprised by your review. Hopefully you will know to be on time to future appointments.
