The Manhattan location is awful! The blonde lady at front desk is rude with an attitude. The injector doesn’t give you a heads up more than half of a syringe will be left over and charge you $100 to save it or to try a different area on your face. This feels like a total scam. Will not be returning

While I am satisfied with the service I received, I was not happy to hear that I had a $36 Groupon tax. I was not told that I had to pay this tax when I made the appointment, and quite frankly if I were, I would not have made the appointment and I would’ve have requested a refund from Groupon. It defeats the purpose of me using Groupon if I wind up paying more in the end.
