Got there and felt lost because the address was at a spa with a different name. The receptionist looked confused when I told her I was there for a lash lift. The technician arrived late, then escorted me and another customer to a room. I felt very awkward because the technician and receptionist were kind of having an argument in mandarin while I laid there. The experience felt rushed and I'm not confident that gloves were used. The tint were all over my lids and under eye when I got up. The bathroom I asked to use afterwards was a tiny hallway one outside the spa and had no soap or toilet paper - just paper towels. The technician also did not provide any aftercare instructions.

Nice place. I was a little late and they still took me.

The lady was very rude.
