The transportation was fine, but the chofer was horrible. He was very nervous get very frustrated easily, when he is driving he doesn’t patient at all acting very upset because the traffic, he argued with some passengers because they changed their mind about buying some tickets. He gets mad and acting very unprofessional with the rest of passengers. He needs a training about costumer service.

I tried contacting them a few times before the trip with questions and they never replied. Their mass mailing e-mail said we would get more info the day before the trip which never came. We took the trip this past week.The bus driver had the air conditioning blowing cold air on our legs for the entire 4 hours.(It was only 45 degrees outside when we finally were so cold and couldn't seem to warm up we politely asked the tour guide if the driver could turn down the A/C a little. they spoke in a different language and never adjusted it at all, not even a little bit. My daughter's teeth were chattering and I had to sit on my daughters feet for the last two hours of the bus ride to try to warm them up. I understand that the driver needed to be cool and not hot to drive safely but they should have blankets or let us switch seats with someone else. It was not right that we were freezing on the bus with no way to warm up for four hours!
