Just 3 weeks later the capacitor died, there where thousands of ants in it. There for a long time I have been told. So the guy didn’t do anything when he came out.. not even clean the unit.. that’s not what I call 25 freaking point system check! Neve again Groupon!!

Pushes new systems very hard under the guise of just being like customer and being an hourly employee. Created doubt around whether a repair would work versus a new system. Lost my confidence. Went with another company who confident said the board could be replaced and hear restored. It was all true! Very disappointed with progressive’s approach!
