This was, by far the most unprofessional dealings I have ever encountered. I purchased a Groupon for a facial for my teenager. This aesthetician rescheduled the first appointment twice. I then purchased a package deal from her for my daughter. Unfortunately, the same thing happened where she rescheduled and/or showed up late. My daughter has one more session. There has been no response from her.

I purchased this on Groupon. After my service was redeemed I paid for an additional 3 appointments over $450.00 in services. Used only one appointment and was unable to contact Cristina. My mom purchase a similar package, but without some extras and paid $220. Since our purchases we have visited the salon, but doors are locked and Cristina has not responded. We would not recommend!

Fraud and a thief. I bought 3 microdermabrasion treatments from her. She failed to show up to 2 appointments she booked for me. I have not received any of the services I paid for. She totally started ignoring me after several attempts of asking for a refund. Aparently I am not the only one. If you check her out on Yelp there is a few more people she did it to.

Hello, The situation as I explained, unfortunately I did have to close my doors due to a medical leave. The second I was able I did respond that I would definitely honor any treatments owed as I do. That remains the same. Again many apologies for any inconvenience. Please contact personally to the company phone and it will be accommodated in any way possible.

I purchased 3 facials and have only redeemed one. She is so hard to get a hold of and doesn’t return calls. I also purchased 3 additional sessions when I met with her initially and now I can’t find her. her phone won’t accept my calls.
