There are a lot of carpet cleaners to try, so here is why I think you should try someone else. 1) The guy was late. I gave him a 1/2 hour before I called and asked were he was, it took the dispatcher 1/2 hour to call me back and let me know that he would be another hour because he was running behind. He didn't think to call and let the dispatcher know he was running an hour and a half behind because he was busy. 2) my two rooms were really one room and the hall, even though the hall was clean, and the two Rooms were under the allotted sq footage. 3)I was charged $20 for the second room 4)the finished job was only so so. Costumer service was questionable the Dispatcher was polite and understanding and after a few back & forth calls the $20 was waved. Bottom line they are not on my heat list but the didn't make my Christmas card list either.
