I paid move-in clean for 6 rooms, 1 loft, 1hallway and landing stairs with all steps. Only one man came by and said he finished all steam cleaning less than an hour. He kept on complaining the carpet too old to be cleaned, the owner not did deep clean regularly blah blah. In less than an hour, he left with stains still on carpet, corners not cleaned, the carpet are just as it was. Waste of money.

Their communication was outstanding and beyond anything experienced in a long time--talked about my needs at the time I scheduled, called to remind me of the appointment, and then called a half hour before coming and they were even 10 mins. early. The carpets had been trashed by dogs and kids and they made them look new again. Very nice people, good service and good outcome. Will use them again!
