After waiting weeks to get service and taking time off from work to be at home for the service, no one showed up. When I called in to find out when they were coming, the woman running the business rudely said they weren't coming. They had to work late the day before on a different job and decided to forego my job without telling me. When I complained that it was unacceptable to just not show up, her defense was "Life happens". This is a terrible company and I would never recommend them to anyone!
