This place has potential however, the "owner" is an egotistical pig! I cannot believe the level of unprofessional language used with clients. The second visit I was there the "Owner/Trainer" made a very inappropriate sexual joke toward me. He was obviously entertained by it. My friend and I were both shocked and disgusted. When my husband found out he was seriously unhappy and wanted me to quit attending there. As for the training...Or lack there of. I cannot say I was impressed. This same guy supposedly sets up the routines each day, however he has no idea how to diversify! It is literally the same thing over and over. Additionally, his knowledge of the body's musculature and skeletal workings is lacking severely. He cannot help if you have any sort of joint or prior injury, by this I mean he cannot even tell you how to modify the work out to be beneficial and not injure you further! With this being said, if you try to differentiate and do something so it will not hurt you, he gets all ego driven and tells you that you have to do it the way he wrote it or he asks you to leave the establishment! Really very poor management, and I am not sure how it stays in business! There are so many other Better options in Reno do not waste your time here!

Love this place. Looking forward to working out with Matt
